Randy Jon Morgan
Randy was born in Livonia, Michigan, outside of Detroit. After a stint as an assistant editor on many acclaimed documentaries and television and feature films, Morgan got his first break editing on CAGNEY & LACEY. He earned his first EMMY nomination on the series CHINA BEACH, and was awarded three EDDIES and two EMMYS for his work on the blockbuster series ER.
Morgan has worked on many of the biggest hits on television including LAW &ORDER and WEST WING, as well as several feature films. His editing career has him working closely with producers like John Wells and Carlton Curse, and acting as story consultant to the series THIRD WATCH. His recent series consist of FLYING SKIES, WITCHES OF EAST END and THE LAST SHIP.
Rick Tuber
Rick Tuber is an author, film editor, and impassioned Yankees fan. He attended California State University, Northridge, and has been working in film since the 1980s, earning a Primetime Emmy award and an ACE award for best editing for a drama. By helping to tell stories through each episode that he cuts, Rick has honed his ability to develop realistic characters and set immersive backdrops in his writing. He has written two books, Shanghai Cuts: A Hollywood Film Editor’s Misadventures in China, which chronicles his experience of cutting a series in China, and Should Have Seen It Coming, a dark comedic murder mystery. He is currently at work on a new novel.

Sharidan Williams-Sotelo
After graduating from USC film school at 19, Sharidan Williams-Sotelo learned her storytelling craft in the cutting rooms of major feature films.
She was nominated for an American Cinema Editors Award for her work on BREAKING BAD, and won Best Editing on the Hulu comedy series, BOOK CLUB.
She also cut the OZYMANDIAS POEM TRAILER directed by Rian Johnson — about which author Tony Parsons tweeted, “Breaking Bad, Shelley and the greatest trailer of all time.” She most recently edited on USA’s MR. ROBOT and Fox’s EMPIRE.
BREAKING ICE, a figure skating version of BREAKING BAD that she wrote, produced, and directed, became a viral sensation featured in The Hollywood Reporter, The Los Angeles Times, Buzzfeed, and in Time Magazine (online and in print). Directing that project paved the way to expressing her vision in the short film, NO NOTE.
Sharidan’s storytelling is organic and takes on all rhythmic and cinematic forms. Her creativity extends beyond the film medium to her choreographic work on ice, an author of a children’s book, and being the creator of FILL the WELL poetic, a public poetry project creating awareness of the California Drought. The movement has grown to amass over a thousand poems since its inception in March of 2015.
Her intention is to enlighten and inspire others through her work.
